MIDLAND - The Midland International Airport has reopened after a plane crashed on Wednesday morning.

Airport Operations Director Marv Esterly tells NewsWest 9, a single engine Cessna 220 had landing gear issues when landing causing it to veer a few feet off the runway.

There were two occupants on board the plane but they had no injuries.

The airport had to be closed for a couple hours so investigators could get the plane off the runway.
