ODESSA - The Permian High School imposter has been denied bond.

You'll remember, Guerdwich Montimere duped Permian fans and school administrators into believing he was a 16-year-old boy.

He played for the high school basketball team.

In reality, he was a 22-year-old man.

Montimere was sentenced to three years behind bars for tampering with government records and having sex with a 16-year-old girl.

So far he's served two years.

Originally Montimere was granted a favorable vote, meaning he would have been paroled and released to immigration.

But after new information came to light, it was determined he would serve the rest of his time.

There's no word on what that new information was.

Montimere is scheduled to be released in May of 2013.
