ODESSA - An Odessa man is behind bars for having sex with a minor.

26-year-old Timothy Andrade is charged with sexual assault.

The mother of a 16-year old girl was informed that Andrade tried to make contact with her daughter at school.

Eventually the girl told her mother that she had sex with Andrade several times while on break while they were co-workers at a fast food restaurant.
