WEST ODESSA - New information on an investigation into allegations of horse abuse NewsWest 9 broke a few weeks ago.
Animal Control officials say the owners of the two horses are following the orders of the vet.
They're now feeding and providing proper care for the animals.
You'll remember the horses were found at a home on Westview Drive in West Odessa.
Animal control officers are monitoring the horse's progress.
