HOWARD COUNTY - Howard College dug up a way to help deal with the drought.
After months of testing and drilling, the College now has working water wells.
The new wells are tied into the existing irrigation loop which hasn't been used in a year.
They still need to test the system and work out the kinks before it's fully operational.
