SEMINOLE - Three people are behind bars tied to a burglary ring in West Texas.

Between October of 2011 and April of 2012, four daytime house burglaries were reported to the Seminole Police Department. Investigators say the burglaries shared common characteristics.

The evidence indicated that a burglary ring made up of several suspects was operating out of Lubbock. Seminole Police, along with Lubbock authorities served arrest warrants for two of the suspects.

Three homes in Lubbock, Idalou, Texas, and Morton, Texas were searched. 38-year-old Henry DeLeon and 29-year-old Paula Vickers were arrested in Morton, after trying to get away.

A third suspect, 27-year-old Gabriel Ortega was arrested on Warrants from Lubbock County.

Seminole Police worked with the Lubbock Police Department, the Cochran County Sheriff's Department, the Idalou Police Department, and the Texas Rangers to make the bust.
