MIDLAND - Manor Park broke ground on a new style of nursing home on Thursday.
The $12.5 million project will feature two homes with 20 rooms in each.
So what makes this nursing home so different from the rest?
We're told all rooms will be private and guarded.
They'll also be structured to look and feel like a home instead of a hospital or nursing station.
Also, instead of a structured and strict schedule, residents will be given the freedom to make their own day-to-day decisions.
