BIG SPRING - One woman has died after a crash at the Alon Refinery in Big Spring.
We're told a train slammed into a commercial truck on Wednesday morning.
We're told a vacuum truck contracted by Alon was driving across refinery property when it crossed some tracks and was hit by the Union Pacific train.
The Refinery Emergency Response Team, Howard County Sheriff's Deputies and Big Spring Fire and Rescue teams responded to the scene.
The driver was taken to a local hospital but later died.
The driver's identity has not been released but we're told it was a woman.
