ODESSA - The teen curfew in Odessa will be a hot topic at Tuesday's city council meeting.
The Odessa City Council will take a look at their city-wide curfew at Tuesday's meeting.
As part of their policy, they re-evaluate the curfew every three years.
Right now, kids under 17 are not allowed to be out between 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday night into Friday morning.
On weekends, they can be out until midnight.
The city council created the curfew back in 1997 to combat juvenile delinquency.
