MIDLAND - A Midland man already in trouble for firing off a gun has received more charges.
23-year-old Alex Tenorio can add deadly conduct to his list.
That's because children were around when he fired the shots.
Midland police say it started with a fight between Tenorio and his girlfriend.
When things got heated, the woman called the father of her children to pick the kids up.
Tenorio apparently wasn't too pleased to see the dad.
Police were given conflicting statements as to what happened next.
Some witnesses said Tenorio fired a single shot into the air while others said he fired several shots at the father's truck as it left.
Either way, officers found several shell casings and Tenorio was arrested.
