HOWARD COUNTY - Two homes in Howard County were in the line of danger after a wildfire sparked up on Monday.
Howard County Volunteer Firefighters saved two homes and two out buildings.
Were told an electrical fence caught a nearby tree and brush on fire.
Then wind gusts fueled the flames toward two homes near Sherrod Road.
Luckily fire crews caught it in time.
About three acres burned.
Firefighters were on the scene until around 7 p.m. Monday night to make sure no hot spots flared back up.
