A verdict was handed down for a Midland judge's son on Wednesday after he was accused of road rage gone too far.
Last Labor Day, police received reports of two cars smashing into each other.
After the two cars broke down, 21-year-old Joshua David Cobos and another man were arrested.
A jury found Cobos not guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and endangering a child.
But they convicted him on a lesser charge of assault by threat and that's only a misdemeanor.
He was fined $5,000.
