ODESSA - New information in the case of a man who died after being assaulted outside an Odessa night club.
A grand-jury decided there wasn't enough evidence for an indictment in the death of 23-year-old James Hogeland.
He died in November of last year, just a few days after police were called out to a fight at Graham's Central Station.
That's where they found Hogeland unconscious on the ground.
Police say when Hogeland came to but he refused medical treatment.
Two days later, Hogeland went to the Andrews Hospital then was airlifted to Odessa where he later died.
Again, a grand jury returned a no bill against the man who was involved in the fight with Hogeland that means they couldn't find enough evidence to charge him.
