Police are looking for the man responsible for burglarizing an Odessa apartment. Odessa Police issued the call on Saturday afternoon at the Carriage House Apartments when an unidentified Hispanic man, wearing a black shirt, was climbing a ladder trying to get to an apartment.

Odessa Police issued the call on Saturday afternoon at the Carriage House Apartments when an unidentified Hispanic man, wearing a black shirt, was climbing a ladder trying to get to an apartment.

It's believed he was climbing up building one and busted the back window of Apartment 2a.
