GARDENDALE - HAZMAT was called out to Gardendale after a truck lost a drum of antifreeze.

Ector County Deputies say a witness called them out to Pecan and Goldenrod just after 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.

The witness says a 55 gallon drum fell out of a truck.

The witness also told Deputies he talked to the driver about the spill and the driver promised to take care of it but never came back.

The Ector County Environmental Office was called who then asked for HAZMAT to come out and clean it up.

No word if any charges will be filed.
