MIDLAND - A Midland man already in trouble for a drunken drive-by shooting is now in even deeper trouble.
21-year-old Francisco Castruita was arrested on Tuesday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and using a vehicle as a deadly weapon.
He was already being charged with deadly conduct when police say he and 19-year-old Eduardo Tobon fired shots on a house on Belmont.
They were later pulled over by officers for drunk driving and police identified them as the shooters.
Officers say the two were involved in a hit and run, several hours earlier.
We're told they slammed into a man's pickup twice and fled but not before the victim got their plate number and a good look at Tobon holding a gun.
