Wink-Loving ISD needs voters to help pass a school bond that could help bring some much needed renovations to the district.
NewsWest 9 spoke with Superintendent John Benham on Monday afternoon to discuss the $32 million school bond that will be facing voters in May.
Benham tells NewsWest 9 the junior high - high school was built back in the 1920's and is in serious need of an update.
The bond proposes to build a new junior high and senior high building.
Just like now, the schools will be combined with their own wings.
Also on the bond are renovations to many of the existing campuses and the industrial arts center.
Benham wants to make sure residents are as informed as possible when they hit the polls.
