HOWARD COUNTY - Howard County Commissioners discussed road damage at their meeting on Monday.

The growth of the oil and gas industry has increased big rig traffic on county roads.

All that traffic has caused damage to the streets and has left tax payers footing the bill.

The Commissioners spoke with TXDOT officials and the Department of Public Safety about several options the County could go with to ease the cost to taxpayers.
