MIDLAND - There's just no more room at one Midland Elementary.

Now Scharbauer Elementary is saying no more students.

That goes for first and second graders.

No more will be taken in this year.

The school says they are maxed out

So far this year, 76 new students have enrolled in just this semester alone.

Superintendent Doctor Ryder warren made the decision because a nearby apartment complex is set to open soon.

Warren says over the summer they will hire more staff and add portables to adjust to the growth.
