Big Spring Man Found Guilty of Child Indecency Charges

A Big Spring man has been found guilty on several counts of indecency with a child.
Our friends at KBYG radio are reporting that 59-year-old Ernesto Dutchover Garcia was found guilty on several counts of indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Garcia's case dates back to 2003.
Garcia was initially indicted in late 2010 and was arrested last summer.
Sentencing will take place at 9 a.m. on Thursday.
