Eunice Volleyball Coach Sentenced for Slapping a Player

EUNICE, N.M. - A Eunice volleyball coach that slapped a player has been sentenced.

On Wednesday, 20-year-old Kylee Creasy plead no contest to battery charges.

Creasy was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 167 days probation and a $500 fine.

She will serve her time at the Eddy County Detention Center.

The slapping incident happened back in October at a 7th grade volleyball game at P.R. Leyva Middle School.

Creasy was seen slapping a 12-year-old girl.
