BIG SPRING - The Big Spring School Board handed down their decision on a proposed dress code Thursday night.
The issue was a top ticket item on the agenda.
The district had researched the problems that they were dealing with and found those to be saggy bottoms for the boys, piercing's, hair issues and facial hair.
After much research by the high school and intermediate campus principals, they found that holding off on a dress code would be in the best interest of the district since a standardized dress code would not address those issues they are dealing with.
