ECTOR COUNTY - A routine traffic stop by sheriff's deputies in Ector County ends with the seizure of over 100 pounds of marijuana.
24-year-old Daniel Ramon was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
Deputies pulled Ramon over on Wednesday night in the 300 block of north FM 1936 for a routine traffic stop.
After receiving consent to search the vehicle, deputies found 99 bundles of marijuana wrapped in dryer sheets hidden inside side panels and doors of a Chevy Tahoe.
The marijuana has an approximate street value of over $50,000.
