MIDLAND - A five star luxury hotel is coming to the Tall City.

A Hilton Garden Inn is scheduled to be built near the Scharbauer Sports Complex.

On Tuesday, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a zone change that would allow the hotel to be built on Loop 250 and Deauville Boulevard.
