An Indiana man accused of killing three people and then found a few days later in Ward County has pled guilty.

20-year-old Barney Chamorro pled guilty to three counts of murder on Wednesday along with a laundry list of other charges including burglary, theft and robbery.

Back in February of 2010, Chamorro stabbed his twin brother, his dad, and step-mom then fled.

Police eventually caught him in Ward County after he used a credit card.

He was then taken back to Indiana to face trial.

Because Chamorro plead guilty, he avoided the death penalty.

Sentencing is set for May.
