ODESSA - One man and a juvenile are behind bars for one shooting that occurred on Saturday night.

Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, they responded to several "shots fired" calls on Saturday night.

The first shooting occurred around 6:45 p.m. at 318 McKnight. The shooting victim told police that someone drove by his house and fired several shots. The victim was hit in the upper chest by one of those shots. The victim was transported and released.

About 15 minutes later, officers responded to a call of "shots fired" at the Headlines Barber Shop, located at 2501 North Dixie. Police said that the suspect(s) fired four bullets into the front window of the business. No injuries were reported in that incident.

45 minutes later, officers responded to a gunshot victim in the 1300 block of South Washington Ave. The victim reported to police that someone had fired gunshots toward her residence. The victim was hit in the upper left arm. She was transported to the hospital and later released.

About 10 minutes later, officers responded to another "shots fired" call in the 1400 block of East Everglade. The homeowner, who wasn't home, reported to police that several shots were fired. Those shots hit a vehicle, a tree and his home. No injuries were reported.

Then 15 minutes later, officers were called out to a third "shots fired" call in the 1800 block of North Lincoln. Police say the suspects fired several rounds at the home and a vehicle parked outside the house. No injuries were reported.

Based on the information that officers broadcasted, DPS Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a black Dodge Charger in the 200 block of West University. When Troopers approached the vehicle, they found a juvenile driving the vehicle. That juvenile was arrested and transported to the Ector County Youth Center. Upon further investigation of the vehicle, Troopers found spent shell casings inside the car.

Based upon the additional information received during their investigation, officers obtained an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Justin Brian Mireles.  Mireles was arrested without incident and was booked into the Ector County Jail on charges of deadly conduct.

Police say, at this time, that Mireles and the juvenile are only charged with the shooting that occurred in the 1400 block of East Everglade. Investigators believe that the shootings may be connected and are investigating to establish those links.

There have been other reports filed of deadly conduct but investigators do not believe that those cases are related.
