SEMINOLE - A Midland developer is bringing a brand new hotel to Seminole.
Somerset Hospitality Management of Midland is looking to bring in a Wingate by Wyndham Hotel.
In a unanimous vote, the City Council and Seminole Economic Development Corporation agreed to approve an incentives deal.
We're told that for years the town has been in need of available hotel rooms.
Seminole city officials tell NewsWest 9, Somerset Hospitality is hoping to have the hotel open by the first part of 2013.
