MIDLAND - A Midland man arrested last week for serial burglary has been released on bond.

37-year-old John Aycock was being investigated for a home burglary reported on December 14th.

The victim reported jewelry and electronics were stolen.

The investigation led detectives to Williams Jewelry Exchange in the 3300 block of north Midland Drive.

The victim of the home burglary identified several of the items at the jewelry exchange as the ones stolen from her.

The owner of the exchange then identified Aycock as the man who sold the items to him.
