FORT STOCKTON - The City of Fort Stockton could be taking legal action against their former City Manager.

At the City Council's next meeting, members will discuss whether they should file a lawsuit against Former City Manager Rafael Castillo.

Castillo is accused of misusing over $1.4 million dollars of the city's money.

That money was supposed to be used for infrastructure improvements but instead it was used to pay city bills.

The city has since raised taxes to make up for the money that's no longer there.
