FORT STOCKTON - Fort Stockton Police say the man who opened fire on a car has been arrested.
Police were looking for 28-year-old Rocky Rios. Police tell us Rios approached the victims in a car at the Oasis Apartments Wednesday night. They managed to drive off, but while they were fleeing police say Rios shot at them. The bullet hit their windshield, but no one was hurt.
On Friday, police announced that Rios has been arrested and was being transported back to Pecos County.
