A Labor Day party ends with gunfire after a man pulls a gun after an altercation.
24-year-old Jimmy Howell was arrested and charged with a third degree felony of deadly conduct.
According to police, a fight broke out at a party taking place in the 4000 block of North County Road 1130 on Saturday.
Witnesses say people were able to separate the two who were fighting.
But after the fight was over, Howell went to his truck, retrieved a pistol and fired one round at several people standing outside the house.
Since his arrest, Howell was released on a $25,000 thousand dollar bond.
If convicted of the felony charge, Howell could receive up to 10 years in prison.
