MIDLAND COUNTY - Two men were arrested over the Labor Day holiday, one of those the son of Midland County Precinct 2 Judge David Cobos.
According to Midland Police, they were called out to reports of two vehicles smashing into each other on Sunday around 9 p.m.
The cars continued on chasing one another but finally came to a stop after they both broke down.
The two drivers, 21-year-old Joshua David Cobos and 37-year-old Jose Guadalupe Robles were both arrested for a second degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Cobos also was charges with a first -time offense of misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated.
