ROBERT LEE - Things seem be looking up for one drought stricken town in West Texas.
Robert Lee's only water source is Lake Spence but the lake is down to its last drop.
It's now sitting at less than one percent.
Luckily, city officials have been able to speed up a water pipeline process.
They hope to start construction in October and it should be finished in two months.
The pipeline will connect them to the nearby town of Bronte.
The project comes with a $1.5 million price tag.
We're told the city hopes to get grants to cover the cost.
