MIDLAND - A Midland TV producer is out on bond after being arrested earlier this week.

29-year-old Ronald McWilliams was arrested for felony theft of more than $200,000 and breach of contract.

McWilliams is accused of stealing from the company that hired him to produce and edit a television show.

After he was done producing the show called "Ammo and Attitude" he allegedly refused to hand over the footage to the Shipman Agency.

He's also accused of holding on to thousands of dollars' worth of props.

He bailed out of jail Thursday on a $10,000 bond.

McWilliams could face between five and 99 years in prison if he's convicted on the felony charge.
