Outdoor Watering Restricted in Midland

MIDLAND - The City of Midland has restricted outdoor watering after a hole developed in a water transmission line.

The hole is in a line from the Paul Davis Well Field. Indoor water use is still allowed and is fine at this time.

Outdoor watering will not be allowed until further notice.

The city is still getting water from the Colorado River Municipal Water District. On an average day the city gets six to seven million gallons of water from the Paul Davis Well Field daily.

No one is supposed to be watering outside today anyone as it is Friday.
