Law Enforcement Gearing Up for "No Refusal Weekend"

Don't be surprised if you see law enforcement out in force during Labor Day weekend.

They're taking part in a "No Refusal Weekend."

That's means if you're suspected of being drunk, and you refuse to take a breathalyzer test, you'll be taken in and subject to a blood test.

Plus there is a new law on books when it comes to DWI.

Currently, the legal limit is .08.

Now if your blood alcohol test comes back at .15 or more, the offense is upgraded to a class a misdemeanor.
