MIDLAND - Police are investigating a sexual assault involving a 13-year-old girl in Midland.
The teen claims one of two men got her pregnant.
19-year-old Denzel Montgomery and 19-year-old Isaiah Harper are both being held on a third degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to Police, she wasn't forced into having sex, but because of her age, it's a felony charge.
During a police interview, the girl told detectives that she engaged in sexual acts with both men at Memorial Stadium back in march.
