ODESSA - Although the summer is coming to an end that doesn't mean you have to slack off on your fitness routine and Odessa College wants to keep you on the right track.
Odessa College is inviting everyone to participate in the fourth annual 30 for 30 Fitness Challenge.
The plan is to work out for 30 minutes a day for 30 days.
If you register for the challenge, you'll receive free goodies along with the chance to win a pair of bikes.
Odessa College is even offering a discounted membership for those that join.
