ODESSA - A plea deal means one Odessa woman won't be spending any more time behind bars.
63-year-old Linda Altamirano was originally convicted of kidnapping back in 2001 which was reversed on appeal.
Altamirano pled guilty to a lesser charge of unlawful restraint and was sentenced to one year in jail.
Since she already served more than four years, she was released on time served.
Altamirano also received a $4,000 fine.
The plea was done with the consent of the victim.
