A Snyder officer shot in the head is making remarkable strides in his recovery.
Corporal Darrell Campbell's wife Amber tells KCBD that her husband is now talking.
She says her husband is a miracle and is responding very well to therapy.
Campbell was responding to a shots fired call when a suspect, Dwayne Birmingham, opened fire and shot Campbell in the head.
