Two Midland Men Behind Bars

MIDLAND - Two Midland men are behind bars, accused of taking part in a drive by shooting and robbery.

19-year-old Michael Espinoza and 18-year-old Antonio Valenzuela both were charged with deadly conduct for a drive by shooting.

That happened on Clay Street late last month.

Valenzuela was also charged with aggravated robbery from the Hawaiian Breeze Snow Cone Stand on Rankin Highway.

Valenzuela allegedly robbed the Snow Cone Store at gunpoint.

Espinoza was already in jail on marijuana charges when Valenzuela was taken in.

Both remain in jail on a $200,000 bond.
