MARFA - State test scores came back for the Marfa School District and they're not happy with them.
Now the District is appealing.
The Texas Education Agency says the district's overall score was acceptable but two campuses were rated unacceptable.
The district says that's not fair.
At one of the elementary schools, which was deemed unacceptable, 64 percent passed when they needed 65 percent to pass.
A percentage they say was thrown off by one child.
Test scores are rumored to be getting harder as the state switches from the TAKS testing to the STAAR tests.
