FORT STOCKTON - Fort Stockton Police are still on the hunt for the body of a murder victim.

You'll remember 23-year-old old Dustin Allen Horton confessed to that killing a man Wednesday morning.

Police Chief Art Fuentes tells NewsWest 9, they're now using state and federal resources to find the body.

A search of Horton's apartment and car led detectives to the city's landfill.

Police say evidence at the scene supports Horton's claim.

Horton is being held on a $500,000 bond at the Pecos County Jail.
