Midland and Odessa are in serious need of water.
Now oilman Clayton Williams is hoping the Middle Pecos Groundwater Conservation District will re-consider letting his company supply the cities with water.
You'll remember in June, the Middle Pecos Board denied Fort Stockton Holdings a permit to pump millions of gallons of water from his land in Pecos County over to the Midland and Odessa area.
Now William's wants a second hearing to get that permit for his company.
