ODESSA - An Odessa man accused of killing a teen after shooting at a group of people will have his day in court.
The trial for 21-year-old Sunny Hignojos is set to begin September 13.
He's accused of gunning down a group of people on West 26th Street back in January.
One of those people, 18-year-old Jamie Morales, died and four others were injured.
Hignojos faces several charges including murder and attempted capital murder.
District Attorney Bobby Bland says he is not offering a plea deal in the case.
As of now, he's not sure if he will try all of the charges together or separately.
