WEST ODESSA - Ector County deputies are investigating after receiving a gunshot victim call on Monday afternoon.
The shooting occurred in the 6300 block of west Westmoor around lunch time.
Deputies tell NewsWest 9, they found 56-year-old Ricki Plantt in his bedroom with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Plantt was transported to Medical Center Hospital and is listed in critical condition.
Deputies do not have any suspects at this time.
