ODESSA - A 23-year-old Odessa man has been killed after leading police on a high speed chase.
Odessa Police say the two men were going eastbound on 38th Street around 3:45 a.m. Saturday morning.
That's when Daniel Luis Moreno lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passenger, Krispin Mejia Corrales, was transported to Medical Center Hospital.
