Midland Teen Swallows Evidence While Sitting in Patrol Car

MIDLAND - A Midland teen swallows some evidence and lands in the hospital.

Police tell NewsWest 9, 18-year-old Christopher Jerome Waldon swallowed cocaine while sitting in a patrol car.

They picked him up for outstanding warrants and say he confessed to having cocaine.

When they took him to jail, they say he started acting funny, his heart was racing and he told officers he felt like he was going to pass out.

Waldon faces drug and tampering with evidence charges.

He's since bonded out of jail.
