MIDLAND - A big break in at a storage unit complex in Midland on Wednesday morning, more than two dozen units were hit.
It all started when Midland Police got a call from someone who spotted the crooks.
That call came in around 7 a.m. Wednesday morning warning officers that the storage units on West Kentucky were being broken into.
When police arrived at the Kentucky Street Warehouse Company, they found 23 units had been hit.
Officers say it looked like the doors had been opened by a can opener.
Police are trying to figure out just what was taken and what it's all worth.
Midland Police tell NewsWest 9, they are working to get in touch with the people who rent those storage units.
No arrests have been made.
