The second lawsuit against the Alon Refinery in Big Spring went to trial on Monday morning.
It all stems from an explosion at the Refinery back in 2008.
Following that explosion, more than 100 civil suits were filed claiming property damage.
Last fall, the first of those lawsuits went to trial in Big Spring.
In that trial, the jury sided with three people who filed the suit.
The family received a total of $360,000.
We'll continue to follow the latest developments in this trial.
